i was getting the sound of my speakers up by mistake (i have earphones on)
cuz the osund wasnt loud enough.
i'dd see this in a teaser trailer.
really good choice of instruments/strings,whatever you call'em.
wasnt repetitive at all,and it didnt just change beat randomly as they do in final fantasy.its great.it all follows.
nothing more to say,except that from now on,i know.i KNOW that you can make epic pumping music.

this seems like it's like a way to say "THAT is repetitive to me."so i\ll review thinking out on that.
i really like how you're like.. "NO SKIPPING"
and you know what might piss off the ones you are trying to show a message to?
the parts where you put that wind instrument (wich i forgot the name of..)
out only to put it back some seconds after,good way to make them rage out if they take your challenge xD
the others will rage as i keep laughing at how well you made this response.did you choose those cheezy synths especialy for this song or is that the normal ones you always used used differently...?
ne ways, imma add this to my fav.

by the way,am i one of the ones who said your songs were repetitive?i can't remember.

here's my advice,next time you want to make a repetitive song,MAKE A LOOP!

i hope you know what game i'dd see this in.
i'dd see this in minecraft,actually.all the tracks of the game r mostly pretty much like this.
the little clicks everywhere are making it sound like bad quality tho..
the rippling water sound isnt of too much,but those r.
by the way,for a calm song,i saw way more quiet,even for my high quality surround earphones.i noticed it loops kinda well.
really good and calm arrangement.
this makes me feel like that music would play as you are in the spot you go to when you want to be alone,how calm it is..
everytime i listen to this,i feel like i'm in a cave.is that normal?

Yeah I put the "little clicks" in to make it sound like an old record, so the quality was semi-intentional but I do definitely need to boost the volume lol.

its not really funny.not cuz it made me angry,no.
because first of all,when you say "stupid little preview" as a title,you kinda know what's coming.
further after,you underestimate your loop tallent it seems >.>
first loop i ever hear wich loops perfectly on NEWGROUNDS or windows media player.
now,to the music review.
i like the electric synths,they give a feeling of emptyness.
with the...idk how its called D: instrument,
kinda sounds like you're a member of the onu (an army that is made to protect each nations,but can't shoot,even tho their guns are full of ammo.)
feels like you're one of them after a tragedy.
for example,seeing thousands of peoples getting killed in front of us,without having the right to help them,since you can't use that useless gun.
now you're back from there,and you're feeling remorse,you stop believing that humanity is on the good side,and you turn paranoiac.
thats the kind of feeling "a total joke" gave me.
make more o' those.you know how to express feelings trough music (even if it wasnt ur goal.

why?
cuz this song is really catchy,
cuz its 8-bit,
because your lost of creativity seems creative,and that it didn't change a thing to the song's epicness.
because that is TRUE 8-bit.(you know how 8-bit emulating is like having 8-bit on high quality? (16-bit,in some cases >.>)
this,is 8-bit how i've known it since my youth,but more catchy than the vid-game songs we used to hear back in those days.except for contra's themes,all 8-bit tunes were ALMOST ugly.
has a little bit of a chinese feel or touhou feel to it.
loops pretty well for something wich isn't a loop.
imma use this in oblivion.

but it doesn't feel done...why not replacing the "ahh EEH!" with "yoho,yoho!"
replacing the flute with violin after a while or you know?main beat has to change at least a little bit.

title doesn't quite fit. idk,i'dd see this more in wii sport resort or while tanning into the sun.
somehow feels a little bit tropical.
background beat reminds me of when you get the star in super mario bros O.o
this song feels different from ur other ones.feels more on the trance side.
kinda loops well somehow.

if your goal was for it to be different,well...it failed but didnt fail.
instead of feeling all happy it felt kinda like you're fighting a boss in megaman.

I meant different in feeling. Normally I do melodic based trance at 140bpm, this is much more rhythmic. And it's 160bpm :p

Also, the cymbals aren't reversed. Just compressed alot lol.

Like I said, rough outline :p.

I'm definitely gonna make this longer, and it'll have more variation.

idk what to say as a title,so lets get to review.

ok,you know how some peoples will quit a song if they dont find the beggining in itself good?
well here it would need a better beggining...
the beggining doesnt go with the bass.
i know that you were trying to make the song build ittself and not be too repetitive...i can see that.only,you should find a beggining that introduces a little bit more the feeling of taking a walk with a big smile (like the rest of the song)
instead of this creepy begining.the last tree notes of the beggining loop relly sucked on the song,no offence.
the name is kinda random o.O!
i hope you take concrete critiscism well,because i see something good comin' outta this.

I'm gonna have to agree with you about the beginning, i could've transitioned that much better.

though i should've put this in the author comment: this song is kind of a musical explanation of how i feel eating a delicious burrito. the begenning i am waiting and eager to eat it, then the first bite is when it gets all happy, and the fade out is the burrito being almost gone cuz i ate it too fast..

lol. this would probly be better in a video.
